I have my Steve Austin at my mom's house on my old dresser still with his jogging suit, no decal, and most of the roll up skin. I have a maskEtron in storeage somewhere along with Oscar and his awesome breifcase. My friend Lee Harrah AKA the Sentry has a lot of this stuff. 6 Million Dollar Man was one of my all time favorites as a kid. Does anyone know how I can get a mego sized Steve Austin head for a custom?

I resisted Bionic stuff until last year when I allowed a boxed Steve and Maskatron into my house, I also have TTP Steve on his bike.

This year I got this little guy from Bryan

Kenner Bionic stuff is one of my all-time favorites. I've got a lot of great memories of these toys as a kid. I sold off all my SMDM &BW toys when Star Wars came along and regretted it almost instantly. During high school in the 80s, I re-collected a bunch of stuff from a local flea market seller and have added to the collection here in there in recent years via ebay.

My favorite pieces are my boxed Maskatron and boxed Steve Austin Halloween costume.

                    Boxed:
                    Bionic Grip Steve Austin
                    Maskatron (probably my favorite piece)
                    Jamie Sommers
                    Jamie Sommers w/mission purse
                    Fembot
                    Oscar
                    Steve Austin outfits (3)
                    backpack radio
                    Critical Assignment legs and arms

                    Loose/complete:
                    original Steve
                    Maskatron
                    Bigfoot (with chest panel!)
                    Fembot
                    Repair station

                    Bionic Action Blub kit (mail-in)

                    M

I have SMDM, Maskatron, and a nude Oscar (don't know why, hate the toy, must have come in a lot.). I also have a Pulsar, a Hypnos, and a Kromedome (all of whom I think tie into the SMDM world). I love that Basa SMDm and the bootleg Maskatron that never shows up, would love to add those to my collection one day.

I'm curious what got everyone into the Bionic stuff?

I grew up with it- being a boy under 10 in the mid-70s, you couldn't escape it (much like Star Wars just a few years later).

But clearly others were of a slightly later generation: what got you into into it if you weren't 'there' in the heyday?
