Does anyone have The Amsco Marvel World Playset?

This guy seems to have an open Marvel World in his collection. Maybe if you get in contact with him he can scan some of it for you.

BTW, he does have an incredible Dr. Strange collection and it is worth a look too (the custom Mego and Secret War figures are fantastic).

No, I can wait, but if you could send me a set of scans thru megaupload so I could get started I would be thrilled, (I just finished with my Warren Transformers Scans and are about to re Render those for a new project, and wanted to get this project underway).

It's cool.

Trust me, I UNDERSTAND about "the Quest".

But in my own experience, I've always dealt with ONE source or lead at a time (especially after they've agreed to help).
I've always felt that was the "professional" way to conduct my "business".

Sure, that method has cost me the object of my search on a few occasions, but more often than not, it has garnered me the item in question AND gained me a friend/ally/source for more leads/stuff/info.

As it stands right now, I'm testing to see if I can transform the reduced size scans that I have into VECTOR (without losing any quality or resolution - via a program that I have), so that way they can be made into ANY size at all.
Heck, you could print them out full PERSON sized if you want!

Of course, I was planning on testing the method this weekend and will know in a day or two if it'll work.
My goal is to do so with NO alteration of the original appearance.
Something that I have been able to do fairly well on past occasion.

Either way, the scans WILL BE POSTED SOON.

I have to open a megaupload account as well.
I guess I'll take care of that this weekend as well.

The guy you link to is a friend of mine, and our collections are pretty much identical.

He has more original art than I do, however, but I boast a few more rare odds'n'ends.

Howard is a fabulous guy.
He actually "officially" named his collection the Sanctum Sanctorum "WEST", because my collection is on the East Coast (Sanctum Sanctorum "East"), while he is in California.

I consider both HE and blogger; "Neilalien" to be my Dr Strange fanatical compatriots.

Oh, and the condition of both Marvel Worlds are:
excellent!

1st one had no original figures when I bought it (so a different friend sent me his to make color copies that I pasted together into facsimiles).

The 2nd one is complete in every way.

Granted, I've been remiss in keeping up the pace with some of the entries, but if you start from the beginning, I'm sure you'll see stuff you've never seen before.

The blog was originally meant to be JUST a showcase for my collection, but then I also got involved in reviews, essays and other related stuff.
(Plus, it's a site and collection dedicated to MORE than Just Dr. Strange. I have a whole "6-Dimensions" philosophy... but that's all explained there.)

Still, there ARE goodies there.

The interiors look like they are designed in squares. If these can be printed at 10 inches high for Megos they'd fit perfectly with a Dida display. Cardboard sucks, go for vinyl.

That's my plan MegoScott, I plan on doing them in several formats, but if anyone can do it for mego, it's you, (me, I'm mainly wanting to do this for the 4 inch line) but I would enjoy upsizing them for 8 inch or 12 inch for those BIG collector's!!!

And you are most welcome for the link, my good sir, after all I can't get started without your help!
