Honestly, the most exciting thing to me is that if Mattel "resets" the standard to the Mego style and all of their properties can "play" together that would so rock. And thinking back to a comment I made in another post, when you put the Retro Heroes together they really match each other very well. Perhaps this is a grand marketing plan to tie all of their brands together as a way to increase cross play between them all. How sweet would it be to have an 8 INch Mego style He MAn, Skeletor and She Ra ducking it out with the DC Universe?
I saw it on a commerical break last night during a Ninja Warrior Marathon. I figured I'd wait until Monday (after AotS) to bring it up, but since it is already out there...
What grabbed my attention after the intial shock of "That's from the Retro Action Figure line!!" was "Try me - I talk!". Is no one else curious what the figures say, or whose voices they use?
An old Irish Blessing - "May those who love us, love us; and if they do not love us, may God turn their hearts; and if He does not turn their hearts, may He turn their ankles, that we may know them by their limping"

I've been seeing the commercial more often, ever since Friday when I took the pictures. I'm definitely curious, but since Doc isn't able to say anything, I figured that we would get our answers either today or Thursday.
Hey! Where's the waiter with the water for my daughter?
I think the thing that intrigues me is that if Mattel introduces enough lines in the retro-cloth format, Hasbro will have to jump on the band wagon just to stay competitive. I like that idea...
