I have a great pic slide of myself playing with the Micronauts city, but I had the star wars characters in it instead (taken in the 70's). If i can find the slide again I will scan and post it

I had several of these as a kid, and loved them.
        Biotron, Hydrocopter, etc.
Used to sit and drool over all the cool ones in the xmas catalogs.

It was really tough prioritizin my xmas lists between these, and Star Wars.

          True 'dat. Word.

          >this is/was one of the more underrated toy lines ever.

Kinda. The original Microman was HUGE in Japan. I kinda died a little inside way back in the late 90's when I learned that. TONS of figures I'd never own.

I adore the Micronauts, and nowadays I'm probably more prone to pick up Micronauts stuff for my collection than any other Mego line I collect. For one thing I've always loved their packaging, so it's one of those lines where I definitely want everything MIB or MOC. I can clearly remember spending hours playing with Biotron, Microtron, Space Glider, Time Traveler, etc. The only problem for me as a kid was that I was a bit young for some of the more complicated stuff, and would quickly lose alot of the small pieces and try to play too roughly with the more delicate, brittle plastic vehicles.
I loved the Marvel comic, and was always disappointed that there was never a Bug or Marionette figure made. I still go back and read the series from time to time, I think it holds up well.
