        I may have made my dye mixture too strong--but it's just as likely the BifBangPow heads are a thinner vinyl than Matty. 15 seconds on this Man In Black head was way too much. I did Locke in a 5 second and then a 2 second dunk.

                      I wonder if this procedure can fix my Emce Scotty's look from bad "Orangy" sun tan to normal color.

                        No, I don't see how that could work. Dying will add color...you need a way to bleach it. I wonder if you soaked it it RIT color remover?

                          What if you left the red/orangy Scotty head in the bright sunlight for short periods of time. Would that bleach it before the plastic started breaking down too badly?
