    Today's comics buy pile

Really did good today. lots of great stuff came out today. Lobster Johnson, Iron Man:Enter the Mandarin, Metal Men, and the new Hellboy TPB.

LOJO looks great on the first flip thru. 1930' pulp ish adventure.

I'm sitting here surrounded by piles of recent comics, sorting through the "reads" "haven't reads", and "probably won't read anytime soon". Looks like it's time to thin the herd.

Don't worry Charlie, I'll more than make up for it with DC Direct figures.

Let us know how that Iron Man series is. Looks really good.

I know the feeling. I usually pick up my books every 3 or 4 weeks. Too far to drive to go every week. But believe me, I end up spending more $$$ anyway, so the guys at the shop don't mind too much.

I got to a shop in Sarasota. They've got one of the best subscription services... or at least they used to. They just changed ownership, and things seem to be heading downhill a little. For the first time since I started going there, I'm considering a new place. Where's the shop in Winter Haven, I'd like to check it out.
