    The Mexican ones (which arent really knock offs, as the Mexicans own the original Marx molds) are still produced occassionally, along with some DC characters that Marx also made, but never released in North America and parts of Europe, because Ideal had the DC figural rights for these areas....which of course makes the DC figures very rare.

    A few years back, I recall somebody posted pics on one of the old Marx boards of a Sub-Mariner figure, and another...Human Torch....I think?. They were obviously sculpted in the same style, and had Marx markings on them. Probably prototypes....or very well made customs.
