It's Straight Up BS. And I am tired of Reading Stuff. If you (anyone) can not Conduct yourself in a Business Manner,.. then you Have Absolutely No Business trying to Sell Stuff. Refund the Dude's Cash ..., Or Sew Him some New Suits , If you Can't come up with a Reciept that Showed Tracking and the Destination of the Package. It's really Not that Hard to Comprehend. Nuff Said, ..

I got an email from Matt yesterday....telling me he is trying to put together enough cash to ship my items (2 suits / ordered about 2 months ago).....he said he was having some money problems due to the new baby, and his sewing machine was broken.....I will give him a few more days....then start calling him at home.

Matt, It isn't some random flame war attacking you for no reason. Fett gave it plenty of time, and you had plenty of time to deliver. You know we aren't all a bunch of jerks or whatever, and coming up with a bunch of excuses doesn't make it all better. If your sewing maching is broken then you refund the money. If you had a kid and can't do custom work, then refund the money. If you mailed them but can't find a reciept/delivery confirmation, then refund the money. If your Mom's got lost on the way to the Post Office, then refund the money. Nobody on here has time to make up crap like this just to mess with you for no reason.

Matt, I've stayed out of these type of threads, mostly, and in the past I've defended you, talked up your stuff and even tried you help you out a little by purchasing a couple things, but there is no excuse for this type of behavior. Now you're blaming everyone else for what is obviously your problem.
So money is so tight that you can't afford to ship a padded envelope which someone else already paid for? That's just wrong, bro. You need to make good with people who paid money for your product, THEN decide to pull the plug and disappear or whatever. I hope it works out for you man, but you can't accept peoples money and then just hope they forgive you cause times are tough.

I am so sorry you got burned by this!

I know I've pushed suit sales a little. My last one took a while to finish. My buyer was more than patient! I finished them, sent them on their way, and he was happy.
I still feel crappy that he had to wait. But he got them.
I can safely say I've completed all my suit sales!

I've even redone some due to problems I didn't see coming! And this was after the buyers got them!

These were on my Khan suits. The last remake I solved the problem! I still pulled them from my "regular" line for lack of interest from buyers.

I'm one of your customers who had a problem with the Khan suit and you handled that the way it should be: fast, honest and professional. Couldn't have been more pleased with your customer service, you rock T

When you take money from people...spend it...and then not deliver items...yes...it's TEXASFETT'S business.
