I'm hoping the Batman cowl and Bruce Wayne head sculpt get an overhaul since they look too cartoonish. I was looking forward to him too. I can always get a Mego of him though.

While I am not completely satisfied with the Batman prototype, and can empathize with The Bat's disappointment, I feel like I must echo what others are saying. The rape comment is completely out of line! I mean, really? Prison rape? Seriously?!? Bat, you need to step back and cool off for a bit. At the end of the day, it's still just a toy.
I think that constructive criticism is fine. Lively, respectful debate is enjoyable, but lets all keep a bit of perspective here, OK? It's just a toy!

Dude, you don't know me at all. He wasn't joking, and I'm not a "More Orel" whatever that is. Dane's completely blown a gasket about this Batman. If we let a comment like that go by we look just as idiotic as he did when he made it. I happen to like Dane, and hate that Batman.Anyone think maybe he was joking! Gloves all the way! The colored hands in general are bugging me because...I know I will want to swap/change costumes.....the hands make it more limiting even if the legs get fixed...
Joking about rape is not acceptable here, deal with it. It's never appropriate or defendable, especially in this situation.
Complain all you want about a toy but let's keep it in perspective and most of all relax, this is meant to be our escape time.

While I agree with your Statement ... I can completely understand the over-all frustration of 1 of the Most Iconic Comicbook Characters like ever, of a Proto-Type from a Multi-Million Dollar Toy Company...., That seriously looks nothing short of a Half-Assed Kit-Bashed Custom. I expected a Little more Professionalism handled with the character, even more so Given the Look(s) of all the other Proto-Type's shown this weekend. And this is suppost to be the 1 from the Toy Company with the Most Money, from a Literal House Hold Name. None of the Blue Even Matches. I can't really say I like the Removable cowl look , it's really not needed...., I would have rather scene the Efforts involved in making that addressed Towards His Cape, Belt, Cuff's and making all the Blue the same Color.
While I do Understand that this is a Proto-Type ... And Also Understand that the Actual figure will look Better, given what the finished Product of Wave 1 looked like as well as the Green Arrow ..., I can't help but think How the entire 1st wave of figures were shown in Toy Magazines, Websites, and completely marketed and Sold by what the Proto-Types looked Like. We never Scene Green Arrow, the Actual Product, until a week before He went on Sale ..., and No One really even Knew what the Wave 1 Truely looked like ( outside of a few) until that Dude showed up with them On Ebay.
If this is Truely the Look Of Batman ..., I suggest that an Actual Production Figure Be Shown as soon as Possible..., And do Not market this Figure for sale behind the Proto-Type. Everything from BBP Blows this Absolutely away,.. on So Many Levels...., and a Re-issue Vintage Mego woulda Been Better. I expected this ..., given what it was,.. given the amount of cash the company has ...., to be well,.. the Very best of the Weekend.
But I am done "Complaining" and Offering my Views of Whatnot ..., I just thought I would try and Say something seemingly more so Appropriate on Dane's Behalf. He is a very cool dude, that I have a lot of Respect for..., he's Just a bit disapointed,.. and really isn't alone in His statement ..., I think he was just really at a true Loss for words.
