It might be a little soon for 02-08 posters. Roll 'em up and throw them in the back of the closet for a decade.

funny, at dinner tonight I was thinking about starting a "what's your favorite movie poster" thread.
so, thread hijacked, this is now a "what's your favorite..." thread....
I'm going with original 30's frankenstein and dracula, just too classic to not love.
I have a few but don't collect them

Man I used to have some sweet posters back in the day.My Mom and Dad used to own two video stores back in the VHS hay day and did I ever get some good ones.
They were friends with some people who owned a theatre so it was a ridiculous amount of posters no matter how I looked at it.
Some of my personal favs were;
Star wars
The Duke
Battlestar Galactica
First Blood
The Lone Ranger
The Terminator
Frankenstein
The thing about these posters is back then they were really thick like a real poster not like nowadays, thin pathetic paper things.
“When you say “It’s hard”, it actually means “I’m not strong enough to fight for it”. Stop saying its hard. Think positive!”
I have a few, I'd love to get more, but I'd have no more space to display them and it would be a shame to just have them stored away. I need a really big house with a big theatre room someday.I have a huge 5 x 8 foot KILL BILL theatrical banner from Thailand that has been rolled up since I bought it six years ago because I would need a serious amount of wall space to display it.

My favorite movie is The Crow, but I'm not sure about my favorite movie poster. Probably Spider-man.
I love movie posters ... I nabbed a beat up original 1957 Ivanhoe. other than that ... I have the 86 animated transformer movie poster, a couple from revenge of the sith and I think one of the harry potter movies and maybe Nick Cage ghost rider. So nothing too great. The local theater owner in town here sells posters every now and then for a couple bucks each. all I have besides the Ivanhoe I got from one of his sales and spent maybe 10 bucks total
