I wonder if there is something that can be put on the cards, a legal phrase or something that makes it unlawful to resell.

That way, they could be instantly pulled from any Ebay listing.

In Germany and some other countries, it is illegal to buy and sell anything related to the Third Reich with the exception of postage stamps. I don't know if Ebay still does this but they would pull all listings of any military type items even if it was in the United States that was German memorabilia that had a swatiska on it since it was considered offensive especially to those in some European Countries even if it was a piece of militaria and sold as a collectible piece rather than some piece of propaganda.

I can't really stop people from taking them at shows I leave them at and selling them, I can however prevent hoarding thanks to my new "Kirk Spock Only" initiative at shows I attend.

What's more offensive to me was a recent event where a non member of the Museum requested cards and I sent them to him gratis, I then found a thread online where he's slagging the museum.

AS long as these cards are still hot .........

We should all get together .... and put a full set on ebay.

We could state in the auction, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Jerry's kids or some other worthy charitable cause.

Have the winning bidder make their MO out directly to the charity.

    The only thing,
    Re-thinking this,
I dunno if even good publicity is a good thing for these cards.

Another thing: How would you even know if the buyer paid if you have them send the MO directly to the charity?

    That part's easy .....
They would mail the MADE OUT TO OUR CHARITY money order to us first.
When we get it, we send out the cards to them ..... and send the MO to the charity.
Since it's a MO and the charity's name is on it.... , the buyer will feel totally safe no shenanigans can happen.
