A man's sex organ can be clearly seen when he's standing up facing forward.

A woman on the other hand would have to have her legs spread apart in full view of the camera - otherwise you are not really seeing her sex organ, just some pubic hair.

Breast don't really count because they aren't truly a sex organ - just a sex characteristic.

It's why the censors always allow female nudity much quicker than male nudity.

If they ever make an adult version of Star Wars, there could be a hot and steamy scene between Luke and Leia (pre-Jedi), and then the ghost of Obi-Wan rushes in shouting "Whoah! Hold the Force! Lemme tell you about your twin sister!!!"

Moments later you see Luke storming out red-faced, holding his "ribbed for her pleasure" light saber....
