can go for anything from £10-£50 on ebay... will go back to japan for sure if you ebay'd it
could even go for more on a real good day... i mean you could value it at £100-£150 but no ones gonna pay that much for it in my op

        Pictures don't enlarge for me.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say the robot is from around 1964-1974

The only thing that's throwing me off is the white sticker on top.

Is that a child warning sticker ?

If so, that makes me think it's a newer item.

The robot is based on the attacking Martian robot by Horakowa toys of Japan. Originaly it was an all tin battery op, and around 1974,'75, started using plastic parts and different heads to keep it a strong seller.

            Keepin' it Mego-ey !

like many toys made in a certain country they get imported out of that country

years later the collectors want them back lol

years ago i imported veb plasticart kits from germany they are airfix type kits... now that there is no east and west germany custom is booming now and all the kits go back to germany and its the same i find with robots and transformers from japan sure other folks from all walks of life and countries like to collect them but 9 times out of 10 when i put a vintage robot up it goes back to where it came

I want to say the skull is Marx of course. I believe it came out during the height of the Weird-Ohs , Rat Fink craze.

I know I've seen them before I was tempted by the Cannibal but I don't remeber which book of mine it was .
