I was just wondering where our cycloptic collegue had gone. You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie BanksComment

Sadly just when everything was going along so well, I messed up my right wrist. Although I've yet to see a doctor, we're looking at a wrist bone that is now sticking up anytime I drop my wrist down. This has caused extreme pain and limited my progress greatly. I really wish I had something new to offer, but everything has slowed to a crawl.
On the brighter side, taking this break has helped so much. Everyday I feel a little better. I don't think it's the end. More like the "long road back".Comment

things are rolling along.
Sorry to bump this thread without some new pics. I just wanted to drop a note that much has changed while I've been away.
Currently, I'm trying to figure out what scale these first four came out in. Originally I was going for Mego 8 in. All four, came out a little bigger than I entended.
Yet to be posted, are images of the next three: Ditko versions of Prof. Squid, the Buzzard, and Dune-dude. Yeah. That's what I'm callin' them. (Pics coming soon.)
Nosfuratu and Mr. Hyde have come a long way. Lady Falcon and Capt. Eagle are much the same as last posted.
But the best part is, I'm learning to make molds and castings. It's still early, but I see a light and the end of the tunnel.Comment

The size can be handled by shrinking it a bit. Any of the regular head casters can shed light on that. It's not that big of a deal. It actually allows the original to be used on the Famous Covers sized bodies. The re-sized mold will fit the 8" scale. Heads have been brought down from the 1/6th (12") scale. I saw your post on selling the original on ebay. Just a suggestion but you may do better in the long run tying in with a single caster and selling sculpts one at a time. It's not a doll it's an action figure.Comment
