Thanks Heef, I was actually trying to get it for Laurie. The uniform looks very similar to the LJN police nurse...there is a picture at MegoCentral. What do you think?

I'm kind of thinking maybe she was p art of the Aussie line called "Rescue Squad." They were really similar to the LJN females only used Mego like bodies on the females, and the articulated Tong male bodies on the males. Here's a pic of one of the females:

I Have the nurse outfit, I bought it from a doll collector near me for .50 cents, she had a bunch came on a blue carded in blue box window box that stated "nurse" came with red or white slip on shoes , and hot water bottle , and stefascope
