While vomited checkers are bad, I'll see you one crappy 80's christmas....

Asked for He-Man and Castle Greyskull... got an Annie Mansion, and a Remco Warlord.
Asked for LJN Hulk Hogan ... got a stuffed smiling gorilla.

And unlike you, this was no accident. My mom didn't misread an order number. They went to the store with me, as I picked out the items.... and then when I was distracted they "went with their gut" and figured I'd like these other things better.

Yes, they thought I'd like the things THEY picked out better than the things I PICKED OUT MYSELF.

My mom told me a story about her sisters and her asking for 60's Go-Go boots, Christmas morning they recieved RUBBER BOOTS because her dad said "boots are boots"!
