Were Mego Heads Hand-Painted?

There's not much of anything Mego that can really be called rare. In fact I actually detest the use of that word. It riles me up whenever I see it abused on ebay.
Sure some things are harder to find than others but rare? Not really. They made millions of copies of most of these figures.

he pretty easy to find original and he's UGLY AS SIN!!!

Sorry, but I think you are kidding yourselves if you think that kids are not capable. Child labour was a huge problem in China, particularly Hong Kong with the advent of the Industrial Revolution.

Oh yeah, please add some AJ heads! I can't quite put my finger on it but the fact that some regard AJ is UGLY AS SIN and kind of wimpy with his T-0 / T-1 body is why I like him

You're right. Kids are capable of amazing things. It is sad if they had to work all day, though. I'm sure it happened, unfortunately.
