    1986 Third Planet Collectables catalog

I was going through stuff and found a little 3'rd Planet Collectables catalog from 1986.

3'rd Planet Collectables (now Amazing Third Planet on Ebay) is, of course, run by Brad and Jeannie Taylor who were lucky enough to get a warehouse find of Megos.

They mostly included Star Trek original 6 figures but had other stuff as well. In the 80's I went to thier store. and saw a lot of thier stock on the floor. It would take your breath away.

Here are the catalog prices for out of the case packaged items:

Kirk, Spock and Klingon $19.99 marked down from $25
    Dr. McCoy $30
    Lt. Uhura $30
    Scottie $35

Set of all 6 119.95 marked down fro $145

    Star Trek Communicators $150
    Star Trek Tricorder $125
    Batman Command Console $45
    Batcoders $75
    Batman 12" figure $25
    Spiderman 12" $30.00
    Robin 8" $20

    Hulk 8" $15
    Spiderman 8" $18

Some stuff I remember that was not listed in the catalog were Enterprise playsets for $100 and Mummy and Frankenstein for something like $25 or $30.

Yeah, I will scan it when I get a chance. Nothing special, it's a a black and white deal. Back in the 80's Brad and Jeannie even did at least one TV commercial in Canada to advertise the Trek figures (and probabaly other stuff in the store). They showed me the little transporter pad set they made for it.

I have a bunch of these as well, B&J have that commercial on video somewhere I should get a copy of it.

I photographed their collection in 93 when I was working on my 13th Mego book attempt, now I own a lot of those pieces.
