The Toyman!
Yeah he looks a bit like a demented Big Boy.Real basic simple custom: Its a Pez head from Meet the Robinsons on a CTVT Cindy Brady body. Inspired by the Superman animated version of him, Timm and company really brought something twisted to the character. Pretty sure this leaves me with Grodd, Giganta and Riddler left for the Legion of Doom.

When I first saw him I thought "Meet the Robinsons!" (one of my favroite Disney flicks). Super nice job tbolt - looking forward to seeing all of these finished.
