To whom it may concern,

We enjoy the Batman Batcopter quite a bit, even though (or maybe because) we think it kind of looks like a big yellow shoe. But when we play with it the propeller keeps popping off when you spin it, and it's also only 1/2 an inch away from the figure's head, so it tends to bonk Batman in the back of the head. It's very frustrating.

Dear Mego Complaint Department,

We have a Removable Cowl Batman, but we aren't allowed to touch it at all, so we can't examine it for defects. We'll keep an eye on it, and if we ever get our little hands on it we'll let you know.

However, we notice that the shields on the Knights---with which we are very very careful---are almost impossible to keep on. Can't you design a better shield? Are these posts supposed to hold it to the arm? They don't. Again, very frustrating, but they look nice.

We understand you've been out of business for 25 years, so it may take a little while to get back to us.
