    Figure My first custom

This is my first attempt at a custom figure .The head is a Dr mego sulu painted by me on a type 1 original body with doc shirt ,belt and phaser. The tricorder in orange was the free gift from the doc which i think looks good. I know this figure has been done to death but thought i would give him a go .

I think he looks great. And the head looks like it belongs there, like the other Star Trek Megos. Sometimes I've seen custom head paint jobs look too shiny, (which is why I haven't wanted to try one), but yours looks just right.

    Looking good!!
What kind of clear coat did ya use? I tried the matt, but still got the 'shiney' look.

Cool. Sulu was also my first attempt at a custom. Be warned. It's like crack, once you start...
