There are plenty of sites out there like Photo Bucket that will give
you space to upload your work. Anyone serious about doing this
type of work should have a gallery of their best work available.

Well, as a professional marketing writer, I really don't have any of the requisite skills you are looking for. Still, if you need help in generating or editing copy for packaging or promotional materials, I've been doing that since 1996. Holler if you're ever looking for that.
