    Emce Toys Needs Help

After successfully bringing back the 8" MEGO format the last 2 years with Star Trek, Apes and now the DC World's Greatest Superheroes, EMCE has attracted a lot of interest from licensors and manufacturers around the globe.

To meet this demand, we've overloaded our original team, and have added new talent from the world of professional toy craftspeople.

But we know that there are many customizers in this community whose work is exceptional and could stand with the best of what we're currently developing.

We are currently looking for the following skillsets:
    - Sculpting: heads, weapons, gear, helmets and accessories
    - Painting
    - Costuming
    - Doll hair rooting
    - Graphic design (packaging, etc)

You must be able to work with demanding schedules, last minute revisions, potentially juggle multiple projects, and deal with my partner Joe, who is a professional who expects attention to fine details, professional level quality,
and the ability to meet deadlines. If you can't take constructive criticism,
    then you're not ready.

So, if this sounds good and you'd like to turn your MEGO obsession into a potential money making opportunity (and make back some of what you spend on toys), please PM drmego with a link to samples of your work and be ready
    to send samples for examination.

Is this for creating prototypes? Sounds like a cool opportunity.

It is not for complete prototypes. The work will be assigned based on
the skill set. Anyone working with us has to sign a non-disclosure
agreement and cannot any pics of works in progress.

After the figure is announced, you will have bragging rights.

Sorry. My retail toy experience has been selling them, not creating them. Have you contacted Scott Fensterer? He's the guy that did the head sculpt for the Greatest American Hero figure back at the FX con a few years ago. I know he has a myspace page if you want to contact him. His work is amazing.
