creepy Tonka figures

what did these tonka figures like in this auction VINTAGE TONKA MAN & BABIES! - eBay (item 320407493513 end time Aug-09-09 12:34:12 PDT)

go to? I see them pop up in auctions often, and got one once in a lot of misc. stuff. their faces are creepy the way their eyes are painted even more creepy ... just like something from a cheap horror show.

and is anyone else creeped out by the way they look ... find one with really good face paint

The kids look like they could be from the Fisher Price Doll House line which was the girl's line similar to the boy's Adventure People line.

I got them in an ambulance set in the 70's. Came with both the man and the woman pictured there along with a stretcher and ambulance. I think one of them had a yellow shirt and green pants. And yes the dudes face is creepy.

Nice photos, Grayhank, there are some stuff I've never seen before like the rockin chair or earth globe. That means the Adventure People could live dangerously in the day then going back at home in the evening and relax in these cool accessories!
The colie dog is the same that in the Wilderness Patrol if I'm correct?

About the Tonka figures I knew the 3 3/4 ones that looks very similar to the FPAP but these large ones are really ... yuck! On the photo posted by RussG, the woman ... damn' is she really a "she" or some Olympic athlete from Eastern Europe in 70's?
