Have you received any part of your order?

I placed a $138.00 order for 5 Phantom early birds in mid November. Eight months later, I've yet to receive anything. My e-mails to Castaway go unanswered. My inquiries posted on the forum are met with criticism, as if I have no right to complain about an order that is months overdue. I really wanted to support these guys, but the bad service I've received so far has left a really bad taste in my mouth.

I defended Castaway for months, I fully understood the initial delays. I even registered accounts on two other toy forums, just so that I could assure their members that Castaway were good guys, and that they could be certain that their orders would be fulfilled as soon as that slow boat from China reached our shores. I didn't need 5 Phantoms. I just wanted to do my part to make sure that these figures were produced. There was some doubt expressed in the beginning that there might not be enough interest in these figures to even produce them. I remember my disappointment when the Flattworld Phantom was never produced, I didn't want that to happen again.

I know the Castaway guys are really good folks, but it's still frustrating to have had my order overlooked for so long.
