    That was a pretty nice one. I'm not really surprised about the final price, prices seem to be going up on the foreign Megos, there's really a lot of interest in them these days.

    I went after this guy just for the belt. How insane is that?!
    I was racing remote control cars and bidding at the same time!
    Lost both races!! Oh well.....

    $430, that's crazy... Most Supermans have been between $150 and $250, depending on the condition. This one wasn't all that special and still he went for double what he should have... crazy...

    The tide has shifted on these guys. A lot more attention and more bidders.

    I would argue that the whole MEGO world is really charged up with lots of new money and players. All the publicity of the last few years and new amazing projects (MM, WGT, EMCE......plus Star Trek movie, Comicon rumors) have brought more people to our playground. Time to bake cookies!!

    I agree. Ledys are definitely going for more money than they did a few years ago, and BASAs are too. The foreign stuff seems to be hot now.
