Sounds good, my brother and I have run a mail order business for a few bands for years. Getting messages about orders from 50 different places.. band members, managers, booking guys, messageboards, letters, etc. etc. can keep you running in circles and missing messages and looking up stuff that was already taken care of. Streamline!!! That is key. We did the exact same thing, all order info goes to one email address that is sent to a folder.. helps a ton.Comment
