Four Count Burpee talk
I just had a 70's flashback I haven't thought of for a lot of years.
Back in the 70's in gym class we had our normal excercise workout before we started playing games.
One of the excercises was squat thrusts .....
Our gym teacher used to call them, "Four Count Burpees"
Strange thing, I also remember that name used on the Wonderamma TV show when they were doing excercises.
To this day, I never heard the term Four Count Burpee ever used again.
Was this a common but archaic term used in the 70's but totally forgotten today ?
