I guess it only takes one to make it worth his while. Not sure where he'll find that one, but good luck to him.

I can feel where this guy is with his collection. I am kind of in the same boat. This is one of my worst nightmares imagined as it pertains to selling my collection. I always think about when and or IF it came time to sell off my collection of "stuff". I really do not want to be the one to have to mess with it as far as listing it out piece by piece and what have you. This type of auction would be the way to go I suppose if one could find someone that has a serious interest AND the dough reno. That is the hardest part. Finding some one that is willing to shell out the dough reno all at once. As far as my stuff goes I think I will just will it off and let someone else deal with it when the time comes.

On the brighter side my new building is in the process of being built. It will be nice to have my basement and 3 of my garage bays free again. I have one car sitting covered up on a car rack. I have not drove it in years. She only has 30,XXX miles on her. Like brand new. It will be nice to dig her out and drive her again.

Buy until I die. (or run out of space again which ever comes first) I think that I will make that my new motto.

Too much space. Need more toys!
