Do you mean didn't make it into production or just never got made?
For the production side, Mego Logan's Run.
For the make believe side, a 3 3/4" Flash Gordon movie set of figures.
Rack Toys: Cheap, Crazed Playthings book now available!
For me it would have to be all of the cool Super Hero's and Star Trek figures that were never actually made by Mego. It would have been so cool to have a Mego issued Green Lantern or a Star Trek nurse Chapel just as a few examples of what I mean.

3 3/4 inch Kenner Alien figures.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
i always wondered way there was no marvel figures from 1986-1989. so, i think if galoob picked up the rights for marvel and made 3 3/4 scale figures like the star trek tng from around 1988. i would have everyone they ever made.
and , i agree the alien figures from the first movie would be off the chain. also, something to think about what if hasbro picked up dc and marvel rights before mego did.
