    In addition to him being upside down, it looks like Kirk has no phaser and that the foil on the insignia is partially missing

    I believe that Amazing 3rd Planet bought a big pile of stuff from that Canadian Mego warehouse find back in the mid 1980's. They'll probably never run out of Klingons and 12" Wonder Woman bagged accessories.
