ok, its done. i am in no pain what so ever because he put a nerve block in my neck, on the nerve that goes down my right arm. i have a feeling it will hurt tomorrow after the block wears off.

the good news, no damage to any tissue, so i should be good to go in a few weeks. he did have to shave down one bone in the shoulder a little because of an abnormality.

toys2cool, even on heavy pain killers, one arm, and the feeling like i am drunker than cooter brown, i still type better than you.

the only thing that hurts is my throat, from where they had the tube down my throat. i have no saliva, so it takes me an hour to eat one sandwich.

Update on me. Its been 11 days since the knife. I have been off the lortabs since last Wed (and I was taking them only once or twice a day by then). Stitches came out last week and started physical therapy today. I had about 30% movement in that shoulder (before therapy) and can move it even more this evening.

As for the pain, it was nothing, never hurt more than it did for the past two years I have been having trouble with it. (except for the two weeks before surgery, when it was the worst pain i have ever felt).

I am hoping to go back to work Monday, but have to be released by two doctors (mine and the plants).

My paid leave is almost over (5 weeks so far).
