It's actually a European Big Jim figure. I'm not sure which line.

    Probably find it somewhere here:

Seems like the figure in the auction has a much more defined "widow's peak", and doesn't have the raised eyebrow of "Kobra". I don't think it's the same. But those packages are among my all time favorites from any line. If only all box art was that cool.

Vektor is a Big Jim of the Space Series, only distribuited in Europe, Italy and France in particular.
Here you can see a picture in the original box, from the site of a mine friend):

In the case of the bid it need many accessories, the armour, the weapons, a boot and many others pieces.
I also make a note about the last series of Big Jim produced in Europe, from the Spy series to the very last Space, where we can find a poor quality in the plastics used and minor movements of the elbow, nothing like in the first era with All Stars and PACK figures.
If you want to obtain great infos about the European figures and generally for all to Big Jims you can also put questions in this forum BIG JIM , GI JOE , MEGO and vintage action figures.
Use to speak italian, french and english.

                  Hi Slippery...
thanks for the welcome. I'm a Big Jim and others vintage action figures collector and my website in under construction, I think a maximum of 2 weeks yet, not over.
The Spy and Space series wasn't produced and distrubuited in USA, this is 'cause is easy you haven't seen it before.
Here, in Italy, Vektor isn't a rare figure.
