Wow, great find, Brian! I wish somewhere there was color film footage of a walk through one of those Mego Toy Fair displays.

So far, I've checked the archives here at ABC and had a friend look through CBS with no luck. Its funny, we cover toy fair every year these days, but it didn't seem to draw any interest back then. In a brief conversation with Marty Abrams, he swears that they Toy Fair was covered back in the day. As soon as I can nail down some exact dates, I might be bale to run a better check.

Right now is a good time as we happen to be in the process of transferring ALL of our old film and video to digital. I can have the staff doing it try and keep an eye out for me.

Glad yer on the case, Newsie!

All the old Mego guys brag about the conference room that looked like the Enterprise, but no one took a photo? They're killing me.

Seeing that WOZ display makes you wonder what the Star Trek display looked like

When I originally got the mag in where I found this, I was kind of disappointed as there were no real great ads, no vintage toy store shots or great articles. It's always a crap shoot when you buy stuff like this.

I think I found this picture on my third review of it, no mention of mego and this picture is the size of a postage stamp but it's all worth it now....
