    "Man of Action"

    So how exactly did GI Joe and Action Jackson both manage to get away with using the "man of action" tag line on some of their packages? Didn't either of them trademark the phrase?

    Man of Action is kind of a 60's era generic phrase meaning spy or thrill seeker.
