Cobblepot, Oswald Cobblepot aka The Penguin!

For your viewing pleasure I bring you Oswald Cobblepot, better known as
The Penguin!
The head is an original Mego, I painted his monocle silver, cause I always
thought the black ring made him look like the Our Gangs dog spot!
The cigerette and holder are made from a toothpick and painted with
acrylics.
The body is a CTVT fatbody with white gloved hands, I replaced his feet
with Paco pirate shoe feet.
His outfit is from a Grandpa Munster figure I bought years ago.
Jacket is from a 11.5 inch fashion doll that I trimed down a bit.
The umbrella is a painted Barbie item.
