  3. This has been a pretty good week for me. I was able to upgrade my Cincinnati Bengal, which is probably the 2nd or 3rd toughest figure to find. And then I was able to top it off by winning this 17 figure lot on ebay. Even though I won I am actually going to chop up part of the collection with a fellow collector friend. All in all a pretty good week.

    This lot included
Cleveland Brown (African American version) - super rare
Rarer figures included - Detroit Lion, SF 49er, NE Patriot
Difficult figures included - Tampa Bay Buc, Seahawk, NY Giant, Chicago Bear
And Easier to find figures included - Raider, Viking, Eagle, Oiler, Steeler, Dolphin, Jet, Buffalo Bill and Ram.

    Cheers,
    Mike

There's one for sale now as part of a lot but it's missing the feet and his helmet. Feet are tough b/c when they are missing it's b/c the ankle has broken making repairs impossible without ghetto rigging it with glue. You basically have to find a new set of legs altogether.

I'll keep my eyes open for a decent one for ya

    Cheers,
    Mike

Thanks Mike. We're in the process of moving and once we do I can get to my figures. Then I can see which teams I have and what condition they are in. Maybe you can tell me if I have any worth a darn.

All I have to say is DAAAAAMMMMMMMNNNNNNNNN!!!!!

I've never seen that much antique goodness here in NY. I would still be at the show taking it all in. I'm one of those guys that likes to look in every nook and cranny when I go to something like that...which the closes I ever came to something like that is Atlantique City show.

No joke--Kenner's Duke the Super Action Dog, Mattel's Dr. Doolittle figure (as well as the two-headed llama and a jack-in-the-box), a SMDM trashcan I've never even seen before, GI Joe Spacewalk Mystery set, Marx's Stony, Gnip Gnop, Toss Across, just lots of great stuff I never run across. Very cool!
