Not sure if this qualifies as classic, or toy, but it is about the only thing close that I have bought in a while.

It's from 1987, so it is 24 years old.

It's a bank, that seems to borrow heavily from the Aurora Prehistoric Scenes tyrannosaurus rex.

I think you meant 34 years old.

Damn. Now I really feel old.

Thanks for pointing that out though.

Who Sez there's nuthin Good at Goodwill?

              IMG_20210515_170713.jpg

My last trip to a Goodwill Outlet Store bagged many goodies. But sadly some not in the greatest shape.
Mego Superman just needed an arm, One boot and a repro emblem, POTA Astro got a new arm from my spares collection and I hoping to nab his gray helmet on eBay to complete him. Cornelius's Legs, Pants and shoe have joined my spare bits collection. The Major probably will go out on eBay but I don't have high Hopes. His bendy bits no longer bend. his paints are peeling and he is missing the visor to his space helmet and most of his nose is missing. Also in this Goodwill run I scores a Kenner Ewok Village Treehouse playset thing.

So, Keep hitting the Thrifts... Vintage Mego and other old Toys are out there! Have a Good One !

                  PHantom.jpg

Not truly vintage but I was able to snag this prize piece this week. Knowing how difficult it is due to the low volume produced, I am extremely happy.

The helmets are modern prints (of course). I made the the cape for Ardala and I added a bit more paint to her (I'm going to paint all the main characters...their lack of facial detail bugs me). The Draconian Marauder is also missing a few pieces and its stickers (I'm buying some repro parts for it).

I didn't get them all at once too, I should have mentioned that.
