    Ratner to direct Leifeld's Youngblood

My expectations for this are so low, that I might surprise myself and like it.

Ratner seems to be the Leifeld of the film world, this is a match made in heaven. It would be funny if they pull of this amazing block buster.

Well, I'm thinking that since nobody seems to be emotionally attached to the Youngblood characters, "fans" will have less to gripe about. As far as blockbusters are conserned, Ratner has no problem putting people in the seats, and that's why he keeps getting attached to big budget movies. If this keeps him away from wrecking Conan, I'm all for it.

Hahah Wow Hollywood is desperate! Nothing to worry this Turd burger will be in the dollar bin a week after it's release. Then anyone can get Rob to sign it and sell it for a higher price to all the morons who bought this trash in the 90's.

Now the real question is finding actors with disporportioned anatomy to match Rob's horribly disporportioned art

Ratner's vision is to stick to Liefeld's art and never show any actor's feet.

I wonder if he'll rip off whole other movie sequences as well, for authenticity's sake?

                      Hmmmm....

I'm surprised it took THIS long. Youngblood was one of the first Image books, back in the day when they could do no wrong. So.... they're like, 15 years too late on this one.

The sad thing is , since this was Rob doing the Teen Titans DC didn't let him make, this is probably as close to a Teen Titans movie as there will ever be!

I'm expecting to see lots and lots of pouches on the costume designs, as well as guns with so much extraneous stuff on them you'd need more steroids than BALCO to lift 'em.

No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."
