Backpack is GI Joe, the air tanks look like Action Jackson based on the size comparred to the Joe pack.

Hey! They do! That's a Walther P-38; also known as "Megatron" to you Transformer fans out there.
The little bitty ones in the pic kinda look like Han Solo and Leia's guns from the first movie.
