12" Animated Superman

Several years ago, Kenner (currently Hasbro) released a 12" Animated Superman figure/doll. It was distributed via Diamond Comics Distribution. I can not find any references to this figure on this forum. Anybody here knows if the belt on this figure was removable or not? I know that the 12" Animated Batman made by Kenner sported a removable belt, but they are so inconsistent with their figures... For example in the 12" JLA Flash they made, the flashes on his gauntlets were molded! Anyhow, I'll appreciate if anyone within the gurus from this site, can shed some light to my question.

Looks like it might be the same one used on the 9 inch Clark/Supes Target exclusive.
