Nothing terribly encouraging, alas. He's moved his shop and "plans to do it in January", which is fast coming to a close.
I'm tempted to just give everyone his phone number and let nature take it's course. But seriously, I'm pushing to get something resolved soon. In the meantime, I've sold a few Megos to build up cash in case I need to issue refunds.
I wouldn't assume anything at this point. It doesn't seem like a lost cause, I just spoke with him. Nothing specific as far as a time frame, but it does seem like he intends to do the job, which I was beginning to doubt. I've told him in no uncertain terms I want these in my hands by April 1, but I only have so much leverage. If it doesn't happen then I will have to give up and just refund money.

Thanks for the update MegoScott....Hopefully, everything will turn out alright.
I told him I wanted them by April 1st. That's not going to happen. I'm now trying to determine what that means. The guy is a complete pain to communicate with and appears to be lying half the time but he also seems like he intends to do the job.
As I said, anyone is entitled to a refund at any time, just email me, I'm not going to drag this out too much longer, but I don't want to give up just yet.
