which pocket heroes should've been made

Everything Mego produced that had a fabric suit should have been a CH or PH figures.

Just think about it:

WORLD'S GREATEST SUPERHEROES
WORLD'S GREATEST SUPERGALS this includes Dinah-Mite too!
WORLD'S GREATEST SUPER MONSTERS
TREK
FLASH GORDON
WIZARD OF OZ
STARSKY & HUTCH
WORLD'S GREATEST WESTERN HEROES
WORLD'S GREATEST SUPER PIRATES
WORLD'S GREATEST SUPER KNIGHTS

And ALL of them would have PLAYSETS and other cool items. This is such a no-brainer.

Now I don't know about the Waltons, Happy Days, Little Rascals... But the others would have been soooo cool. Mego really missed the boat on this one. But I'm glad they produced the CH and PH figures and sets that they did.

Great thread! I don't have anything to add that hasn't been mentioned already. Though, after just having read it above, I think Hawkman would have been very cool! I loved both lines, their playsets and vehicles.

I would have loved CAH figures of Iron Man, the Flash, Green Lantern, the Thing, the Human Torch, to name just a few.

the Pocket Heroes assortment could have gone over a hundred characters but I think they covered teh most important of the time - the super friends, superman the movie, hulk live and spiderman toon were popular. cap was a nice choice to up the marvel entries.

the only necessary lacking from the era is Joker.

The Comic Action were some of the worst "action" figures of all time. none should have been made

I liked them much better than the Pocket Heroes.

For CAH I always wanted Riddler, Tarzan and Green Arrow.

Same for pocket but would have loved the Fantastic Four and Shazam being snubbed made no sense, he was on all the packaging!

I'm going to stick out like a sore thumb as I am probably the only person who wanted these, but for BOTH Comic Action AND Pocket Heroes, I wanted
THE WONDER TWINS! Love em or hate em, the SuperFriends were on Saturday mornings at the time, and I wanted them alongside Superman, Batman, Robin, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman.

But as far as DC and Marvel Comics characters go, in both series, I wanted the following:

DC: Batgirl BOTH
Joker (Pocket Heroes)
Penguin (Pocket Heroes)
Catwoman BOTH
Riddler BOTH
Green Lantern BOTH
The Flash BOTH
Hawkman BOTH
Teen Titans BOTH (Aqualad, Kid Flash, Speedy, Wonder Girl)
Green Arrow BOTH
Plastic Man BOTH
Brainiac BOTH
Lex Luthor (Comic Action)
The Legion of Doom EITHER OR

MARVEL:
The Fantastic Four (Including Johnny Storm flamed off as well as Human Torch)
Iron Man
Thor
Daredevil
SubMariner
Dr. Doom

Oh! And a couple of improvements on the ones already made.

For both Comic Action and Pocket Heroes:

BATMAN: blue shorts
ROBIN: green sleeves and rubber cape around the neck like Batman's.
SPIDER MAN: blue areas painted better
HULK: A lighter shade of green.
