Any other LT COLUMBO fans here ?

Been watching the series on DVD lately ....
    Season's 1 to 7-ish
    I borrowed the DVD's from a bud ....

The only thing I don't like about the DVD's is they don't include the "Mystery Movie" theme and video.
Crazy not to include that, imo

It's been a long time, but I still think Columbo is my fav "cop show" of all time.

    Columbo fans .....
    What's your favourite episodes ?

I'll be honest, I've not watched enough of these lately to name a favorite but I always enjoy them when I see one.

    It's a GREAT show, an all-time classic!

I especially love the fact the both Leonard Nimoy AND Bill Shatner have been busted by Columbo! Shatner more than once!!

Oh, and uh... just one other thing m'aam...
I... am an action figure customizer

Until I started watching them on DVD, I never noticed how often he whistles or sings Nick Knack Paddy Whack in so many episodes.

When he does that, you know he figured out who the killer is

I bought 2 seasons because the guest star was Patrick McGoohan. Apparrently in one episode he acted, dressed and referred to the Prisoner. I was a little dissapointed when I saw it because I was led to believe he had laden the episode with more in-jokes than what I detected. Still it was a good show.

Love Columbo!! It should be on now. Can't believe they haven't picked it up on one of the cable networks. I remember an episode where the guy kills his wife and hides her behind the wall, wrapped in one of her plastic coat bags. That's what tips him off when he finds a coat in the closet with no bag on it. How many of the CSI and other detective shows have done that, but I can't remember one doing it before that. Even now writers seem to revert back to the classics for ideas. If I remember it was Columbo, McMillan and Wife, and McCloud all on the same night. That was great TV!!
It's not a doll it's an action figure.
