'Cause you can always get more deodorant, but paying through the nose for stuff on evilbay/the secondary market is worse than being a little stinky.
    (I like Old Spice, too.)

"Hi, my name is Phil and I suffer from record store amnesia."

Maybe we should start a support group.

Not sure about record store amnesia, but I do suffer from an advanced case of grocery store dementia in which I often forget the main item I went to the shop for even tho I return with four bags of groceries I probably ddn't need.

I love record amnesia, just experienced it the other day at a record. Didn't get what I originally wanted to get since...yes...I forgot.

I experienced it a couple of weeks ago....Record Show

Ended up spending about $140 on 60 LP's and 2 CD's. The 2 CD's will probably pay for about 1/3 of the records I bought. Had no idea til this year that people actually collected 1st pressings of CD's made in Japan and West Germany. Better sound on the 1st pressings and sometimes different mixes.

Just kidding Bob, I grew up with records, my family had a DEEP 8 Track collection...the worst music format EVER!

But I never replied to the main topic, DR MEGO is great, the most important person in bringing Megos back, nuff said!

Yes, the patron saint of Megos basically made all of what we are seeing today possible by keeping the torch alive lo those many years. If it weren't for Doc, I doubt we'd be seeing a lot of this stuff in the classic 8" format.

But his site does have that dark side; you can't go in there and just come out with what you went in for. There's always, in the words of Columbo, "just one more thing..."
