    Thundarr & Ariel

Well it ate up most of the nite. But he's finished. I'm not really content with the method I used to make the hair and might redo with sculpty. Thundarr's tunic/shirt was hand sewn Faux fur. (No animals were harmed in the making of this Mego.) The boots are old heros covered with felt and the wristlets are plastic piping. So while I wait for his sword to arrive via US mail. Thundarr contemplates a temporary stand-in.

Looks good, but you ain't done yet. There's a certain Mok that needs to be unleashed. IMO, This is one of those sets where you have to have all three. Nice work. Actually, I think you captured his helmet hair pretty well.

Oh and roll with the light saber.

I thought over the hair issue I have with this guy. I think its a Thor head from Dr.Mego. that was built up with clay to cover the hair root holes. So as to achieve like a Lex Luther. So it would probably need sanded down to prevent the highdomed look of the hair helmut. Also the Ookla body is put together. I just need a head and I was thinking of trimming a 12" body suit if I can get one in orange?
