The Atomic Skull!!
I've slowly been working thru Superman's Rogue's Gallery trying to darken them a bit. This guy is a result of finding a really cool spandex book cover at Wal-Mart and finding something to do with it. The skull helmet is the rest of the snow globe I used for Mr. Freeze, pants and boots were some leftover 12 inch parts. The flames are glue gun fun.
And Superman getting ready to chuck him thru a wall.

Sculpting flame in 3 dimensions is the hardest thing. It's why I find most Human Torch customs really objectionable. Most people can't do it. But what you have here is very different and very nicely done.
