    Castaway accessories . . a review

I just got home and waiting for me was a nice package of Accessories from David & Jason . . . . aka Castaway toys

I have to say that the body is really nice! Perfect weight and the arm articulation is everything you would hope for. They nailed the color as well.
The accessories - I recvd Fisted Gloves - Wow!! these are too cool. Guantlets- Again a home run! and finally Boots- They seemed a little tight but this stuff was sitting in 100+ degree heat so I think that is the reason they didn't slip right on, at any rate they look great.
I think this is gonna raise the bar another level!
    Great job guys!!

Glad to hear that your order was delivered in a timely fashion and that you are a satisfied customer. I was amazed at the pictures that were show to wet our customizer appetites. I still have the thoughts of neat custom stuff running through my head as to how I could use some of their new products. I will be placing a large order sometime in the near future that is for sure.

I would think that being in the high heat would have made them softer (i.e. more pliable) and because of that, they'd slip on easier?

I got my order today as well. So far so good. I actually forced myself to do a bunch of chores around the house before I tore it open like a little kid. The boots fit fine for me but I only tried out the Buccaneer style ones. They are the same material as the prior Castaway boots, so I have no doubt that they will fit. However I agree with apes, that a higher temp logically oughta make them fit easier.

Depending on the type of material that it was actually made from the high heat might have made the material more sticky like. Once it cools down a bit perhaps it may slip on with ease? I cannot really say for sure as I have not made a purchase as of yet. I have and do customize with different types of materials and I have seen something like that happen myself. I guess we will find out the real answer to this mystery soon enough.
