The Black Hole scared the crap out of me as a kid. I had that evil robot with the spinny blade hands, Maximillion. I believe I incorporated him into my Star wars line up. He worked for Vader.
"Steel-like jaws clacked away, each bite slashing flesh from my body - I used my knife and my hands, and when they were gone, my bloody stumps - and yet the turtles came."
I'll admit, I've never seen the Black Hole. It looked kind of boring to me as a kid. As an adult, I'd really like to see it based on the things I've read about it here, but its one of those movies that is NEVER on TV, and I've never seen the DVD. Is it even out on DVD?
This guy looks like George Lucas!
Chris
It's on DVD and very common
AS a matter of fact it's been released twice in the USA
If you cant find it at Walmart or any dept store, your local video store should have it.

Cool Mike. It seems the Disney stuff never hits the bargain bins at Wal-Mart. You know, the $7 or 2 for $5. I guess that's why I've missed it.It's on DVD and very common

i paid $5 for him mint loose a couple years ago and the first thing i thought was he looks like george lucas.
I saw the movie when it came out and loved it, I even rember ads for the figures in comic books but i never got any because when the whole 3 3/4 figures started to take over i had no intrest in toys as i was in my teens then perhaps that is why i have little intrest in them now, But they do look like a nice set to collect
Does anybody else think his head sculpt was a reworked Kirk? Even as a kid, everytime I look at the figure I dont see Reinhardt, I see a bearded Jim Kirk.
"Crayons taste like purple!"
I never had any of those toys as a child, but i bought them as an adult collector...
However, human's characters from black hole are far from beng my favorites ones, but i realy enjoy the centry robots...they get so easly destroyed in the movie!
