The only downside is that you have to be a Borders Rewards member, but that's free and takes only a minute to sign up for... you can do it right at the cashier before you pay for your purchase. The coupon also says you can only use it on one item.

Border's typically sells stuff at straight list price, which kind of sucks, but the 40% off makes shopping there worthwhile. I picked up the Ultimate Superman Collectors Edition 14 disk set for $59.99.
